As Stage 4 Restrictions are upon us, we are here support and to do all we can by having a Covid Safe Plan in place to provide a smooth, safe and stress-free journey of purchasing your baby goods.
We want to thank every single customer both local and Interstate for your support and patience as we navigate through this lockdown, we are indeed very grateful for you. We are working hard as a team and with all our suppliers to ensure we have all varieties of baby goods for an efficient, worry free one stop shop.
To show our gratitude and to help support our local families during this lockdown, as well as to reduce foot traffic in the store we are now offering FREE DELIVERY from 10 August 2020 to 13 September 2020 when Spending over $399 who live in postcodes 3029 and 3030. This also applies to any local Lay-bys.

We will have a team member who will take your order or invoice number at the front door and deliver your goods to you there., if you are collecting furniture we ask that you reverse your car up to our warehouse entrance located at the front of the shop (Red rolling door) to allow us to move heavy goods to your car safely.
We recommend that you phone prior to collection to advise date and time so we can have your items ready to go for a smooth, fast contactless collection.
Please note all our team members that remain in store will strictly be following safety procedures of handling all products, this includes sanitisation, mask wearing, social distancing, etc

The team here at Baby Little Planet are taking every precaution to ensure you and your little treasures experience a safe and enjoyable service, whether it be in store, online, through demo videos or FaceTime.
We’ll bring your items to your door safely
Every item set for delivery, our team uses the 59s Sterilizer Wand that kills 99.9% of bacteria and virus prior to packaging and being dispatched.
We aim to have your items shipped within 24 hrs of placing your order, providing the items selected are currently in stock. If the items you have chosen are currently out of stock, we will advise you of an estimated date the items will be available and do our very best to ensure you have your items sooner than later. Items can also be collected from our store location by selecting click and collect.

Upon arrival in store you will be greeted with HAND SANITISER, TEMPERATURE CHECK, and a REGISTRY to ensure we are able to provide a contact list if ever need be. COVID safe work place will continue to be applied on-site work.
Baby Little Planet will strictly be following safety procedures of covid safe plan in our store, this includes limited the number of people in our store, 1.5MTR distance, mask wearing, constantly wipe clean and use our LED sterilising divide on all surfaces and explored products with disinfectant.

For those who have a lay-by
If you can, we ask that you take advantage of this time to collect items that we have in stock. Please phone prior so we can have your order ready for collection with instruction. Payments can be made via direct deposit or Eftpos at the door.
We understand in this time that families can hit financial hardship. Please let us know and we can work with you to extend lay-bys and make a plan.
For those whose goods are on order
We will keep you updated with estimated time of arrivals.For those who prefer to Stay Home Stay Safe we can arrange delivery of your goods. Please phone us or email us as this will incur a small charge based on items to be delivered.
Please note car seat fittings are suspended during Stage 4 lockdown.
