In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), if you would like to return an item because you have simply changed your mind, Baby Little Planet will offer you a store credit (not a refund) or exchange - simply contact us within 14 days of your order date.

This is provided that the item:

-Is returned with a proof of purchase (receipt)
-Is unused, in its original packaging as well as containing the instruction manuals and any accessories.

Excluded change of mind items:

- Clearance or discontinued items
- Car seats and their accessories
- Pre-approval is necessary for all furniture returns. 
- Some hygiene products are unable to be returned unless they are faulty

Note: Please be advised that no refunds or exchanges will be given for display stock, floor stock, or clearance items, unless the product is proven to be faulty. This information would have been disclosed to the customer at the time of purchase.

Step 2: If you meet the requirements for a return, we will give you a prepaid return label to be used at your nearest drop-off location.

Step 3: Carefully pack your item and attach the shipping label. Remember to include the printed email response or your order number with your return.

Step 4: Visit the nearest drop-off location and send your parcel back to us. Returns made without authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.

Step 5: Once we receive and handle your return, we will issue your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for this process to be completed. You will be informed via email once it has been finalised.

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible (please refer to your Order Confirmation email for estimated shipping date). However, if there is a request to cancel the order, please notify us via email at service@babylittleplanet.com.au or give us a call on 03 9369 9770 as soon as possible.

You will be eligible for Refund or Store Credit for the amount paid for the product (shipping included). Please note that cancellations for orders that have already been shipped will not be eligible for a refund, but can be returned following our Returns process. 

As a consumer, you have the right to benefit from consumer guarantees for any items purchased at the baby little planet, as outlined by the Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees cannot be excluded and are in addition to any manufacturer or extended warranties. If an item purchased at Baby Little Planet has a major failure, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you have the option to reject the item and seek a refund or exchange, or to keep the item and seek compensation for any decrease in its value.

If the item is assessed and found to be faulty due to the Manufacturers fault, you will be entitled to an exchange, refund or repair as determined by the Manufacturer under the Australian Consumer Law guidelines.

To determine whether you are entitled to an exchange, refund, or repair; the below criteria must also be met:
-You must have Proof of Purchase (Baby Little Planet receipt)
-In the event that an item is damaged due to misuse, accident, or abnormal use, it is important to note that the Australian Consumer Law and/or any manufacturer warranty may not apply. As a result, the store may not be able to offer a refund, exchange, or repair under these circumstances.

Please note: Any costs incurred by the customer to return the product for repair to Baby Little Planet will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Aside from any warranties required by Australian Consumer Law, there are additional warranties provided by the manufacturer for each item. These warranties begin from the date of the invoice, not the date of first use. More specific information on manufacturer warranties can be found for each individual item
