We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible (please refer to your Order Confirmation email for estimated shipping date). However, if there is a request to cancel the order, please notify us via email at service@babylittleplanet.com.au or give us a call on 03 9369 9770 as soon as possible.

You may be eligible for Refund or Store Credit for the amount paid for the product (shipping included). Please note that cancellations for orders that have already been shipped will not be eligible for a refund, but can be returned following our Returns process. 

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), if you would like to return an item because you have simply changed your mind, Baby Little Planet will offer you a store credit (not a refund) or exchange - simply contact us within 14 days of your order date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, remain in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This is provided that the item:

-Is returned with a proof of purchase (receipt)
-Is unused, in its original packaging as well as containing the instruction manuals and any accessories.

Excluded change of mind items:

- Clearance or discontinued items
- Car seats and their accessories
- Furniture (pre-approval is required)
- Mattresses (if plastic covering is broken or removed)
- Some hygiene products are unable to be returned unless they are faulty

Note: Please be advised that no refunds or exchanges will be given for display stock, floor stock, or clearance items, unless the product is proven to be faulty. This information would have been disclosed to the customer at the time of purchase.

Step 2: Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping quote. If you’re happy with the cost, you can return the item by dropping it off at Australia Post, or you’re welcome to use your own courier.

Step 3: Carefully pack your item and attach the shipping label. Remember to include the printed email response or your order number with your return.

Step 4: Visit the nearest drop-off location and send your parcel back to us. Returns made without authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.

Step 5: Once we receive and handle your return, we will issue your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for this process to be completed. You will be informed via email once it has been finalised.

At Baby Little Planet, your rights are protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

These rights apply in addition to any manufacturer or extended warranties and cannot be excluded. If a product you purchase has a major failure that cannot be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to choose between:

• A refund,
• An exchange for a similar item, 
• Keeping the product and receiving compensation for any reduction in value.

Where a product fault is confirmed to be a manufacturer’s defect, you will be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with ACL guidelines and the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Conditions of Claim:
To process a claim, the following conditions must be met:

• A valid proof of purchase (Baby Little Planet receipt) must be provided.

When Claims May Be Refused:
Your claim may be declined if:

• The product is outside the warranty period.
• No fault is found after assessment by Baby Little Planet or the supplier.
• The fault is caused by misuse, accidental damage, abnormal use, neglect, or unauthorised repairs/modifications.
• The issue relates to normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, fabric discolouration, tyre wear).
• The problem is due to incorrect storage, cleaning, or maintenance.
• The product is lost, stolen, or submitted without proof of purchase.
• The issue relates to consumable parts or accessories (e.g., batteries, inner tubes, rain covers, fabrics), unless deemed faulty at the time of purchase.
• Additional exclusions apply as specified in the manufacturer’s warranty.

Returning Products:

• If your product is found to have a fault covered by the ACL or manufacturer’s warranty, Baby Little Planet will cover reasonable return costs. Where no fault is found, return costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Manufacturer Warranties:
Most of our products are covered by a manufacturer warranty in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These warranties begin from the invoice date (not the first use) and vary depending on the brand and product. Please refer to the individual product warranty details for specific coverage and conditions.
