Wool insulates beautifully, and it is absorbent and sweat-resistant, so your baby stays drier and more settled through the night. The deep 500 gsm wool pile adds a layer of softness beneath the sheet without ever getting in the way.
Using it could not be simpler: fit the underlay over the mattress, then fit a mattress protector and/or fitted sheet over the top. It is strap-fitted so it stays neatly in place, and when it needs freshening up it is machine washable and dry cleanable.

How do I use the underlay?
Fit it over the portacot mattress first, then fit a Babyrest Mattress Protector and/or a Babyrest Bamboo Fitted Sheet over the top. Baby sleeps on the sheet, with the wool working away underneath.
Will it fit my portacot?
It measures 1040 x 710 mm, which suits standard portacot and travel cot mattresses. Please measure your own portacot mattress before ordering.
Is it suitable for babies with allergies?
