FAQs
Romper or growsuit?
A romper has short sleeves and no legs, so it suits warm weather and layers well. A growsuit is full length with enclosed feet, better for cooler nights. Most parents keep both.
Which size?
0000 for the first few weeks, then 000 as the main newborn size. Rompers tend to last longer per size than growsuits because there are no feet to outgrow.
Studs or zip?
Studs let you open just the nappy area. The zip, on the bamboo Kangaroo & Koala, is faster head to toe.
Is bamboo better in summer?
It breathes better and feels cooler, so yes for humid nights or babies who overheat. Organic cotton wears harder through frequent washing.
Can they sleep in it?
Yes. In warm weather a romper alone is often plenty. Dress for the room temperature, not the forecast.
