Owlet Dream Sock Smart Baby Monitor
Owlet Dream Sock Smart Baby Monitor

SAME-DAY DISPATCH ON ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12 PM MON–FRI*
The Owlet Dream Sock Smart Baby Monitor is a smart sock that tracks your baby's pulse rate and oxygen level while they sleep, and shows the readings on a Base Station beside your bed and in the free Owlet Dream App on your phone. A small sensor sits inside a soft fabric sock that wraps around your little one's foot.
When readings are within the preset ranges, the Base Station glows green. If oxygen drops or pulse rate moves too high or too low, the Base Station lights up and sounds an alert, and the app sends a notification. The app also keeps a history of wakings and sleep trends, so you can see how nights are tracking. The Dream Sock is included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG 509485) as an over-the-counter pulse oximeter, designed for healthy babies from 0 to 18 months.
Owlet states the Dream Sock is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, including SIDS, and it doesn't replace adult supervision or safe sleep practices. Want video too? Pair it with the Owlet Dream Sight camera, or choose the Owlet Dream Duo 3 bundle.

Why parents love the Owlet Dream Sock
The Owlet Dream Sock lets you check in without opening the nursery door. A glance at the Base Station tells you readings are in range, and the app builds a picture of sleep and wakings over the weeks, which helps when you're working out routines. It's simple to set up, the two sock sizes grow with your baby, and you can add Dream Sight later if you'd like video as well.

FAQs
What does the Owlet sock monitor?
The Owlet Dream Sock tracks your baby's pulse rate and oxygen saturation (SpO2), plus wakings and sleep trends. Readings show on the Base Station and in the free Owlet Dream App, with alerts if they move outside preset ranges.
How do you put on an Owlet sock?
Place the sensor in the fabric sock, then wrap the sock around your baby's foot using the size and placement shown in Owlet's instructions for use. The box includes four socks in two sizes, so you can move up a size as your baby grows.
Do I need a subscription to use the Owlet Dream Sock?
No. The Owlet Dream App is free and shows live readings, alerts and sleep history. Owlet360 is an optional paid subscription that adds extra features.
Does the Owlet sock prevent SIDS?
No. Owlet states the Dream Sock is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including SIDS. Keep following safe sleep advice from Red Nose and never use the monitor in place of adult supervision or medical advice.
What's the difference between the Owlet Dream Sock and the Dream Duo?
The Dream Sock is the smart sock monitor on its own. The Owlet Dream Duo 3 pairs the Dream Sock with the Dream Sight HD video camera, so you can see your baby and their readings in one app. Compare more options in our baby monitors range or read our baby monitor guide.
