Price Promise

Found a lower price somewhere else? We'll match it. If another Australian retailer is selling the identical item for less, show us and we'll match their price, including their delivery cost. It's the easiest way to know you're getting a fair price on the big-ticket items, from a family-owned store that will still be here to help with warranty, set-up questions and lay-by.

How to claim the Baby Little Planet Price Promise

  1. Find the lower price before you buy from us. Take a screenshot or copy the link to the product page.
  2. Send it to us: email service@babylittleplanet.com.au, call 03 9369 9770, use live chat, or show our team in store at 2/298-300 Old Geelong Road, Hoppers Crossing.
  3. We check it and, if it meets the conditions below, we give you the matched price for your order.

What we match

  • Items priced at $100 or more.
  • The identical product: same brand, model, colour, size and version, brand new and in its original packaging.
  • Sold by an Australian retailer on its own website, in its current printed catalogue or in its store, priced in Australian dollars.
  • In stock and available to buy at the competitor at the time of your request, for delivery to your postcode or for pick-up.
  • We compare the total price including delivery to your address (or their pick-up price if you're collecting from us).

What's not included

  • Marketplace and third-party sellers (for example eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Catch Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree) and overseas sellers or websites that ship from overseas.
  • Prices that need a coupon or discount code, a membership, loyalty or member-only login, cashback, or a sign-up offer.
  • Gift-with-purchase offers, bundle or package deals, buy-more-save-more deals and "free" items.
  • Clearance, ex-display, floor stock, refurbished, second-hand, damaged-box, discontinued or end-of-line items, and closing-down or liquidation sales.
  • Pre-orders, quotes, trade or commercial pricing, auctions, expo or event pricing, and advertising or pricing errors.
  • Gift cards, and orders already placed or paid for.

The fine print

  • The Price Promise applies before purchase. We can't refund the difference on an order that's already been placed.
  • A matched price can't be combined with any other Baby Little Planet promotion, discount code, bundle saving or gift with purchase. Rewards points are still earned on the amount you pay.
  • We may limit quantities to normal household amounts.
  • We need to be able to verify the price. We may decline a match we can't verify, or where the competitor price is below cost or the competitor can't actually supply the item.
  • We may change or end the Price Promise at any time. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Yes. Contact us before you check out online, or show our team in store before you pay.

Can I use the Price Promise with lay-by?
Yes. Ask for the match before you start your lay-by, and we'll set it up at the matched price.

Do you match a competitor's discount code?
No. We match advertised prices that anyone can pay without a code, membership or sign-up.

I bought from you and then saw it cheaper. Can I get the difference back?
The Price Promise applies before purchase, so we can't refund the difference on a completed order. Talk to us before you buy and we'll check the price for you.
