Return Policy
We encourage all customers to choose wisely when purchasing, as Baby Little Planet does not offer refunds on change of mind items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Baby Little Planet will endeavour to offer an exchange or credit notes; proof of purchase must be provided when seeking a refund or exchange and returned within 14 days, this excluded both sale and clearance items.
Goods must be unused in original packaging.
Faulty Goods
If you purchased an item from Baby Little Planet and it is determined that the product is faulty, not fit for the purpose intended or does not match the description, you can return it to us. You need to present your proof of purchase to be entitled to a refund, exchange or repair where applicable.
We will asses the condition and age of all returned goods prior to offering a refund, exchange, credit note or repair. This may result in the product being sent away for assessment. If the product is not faulty or has been damaged due to inappropriate use, a refund, exchange or repair will be refused.
All items sold by Baby Little Planet are covered by usual Manufacturer's warranty.
Cancellation of Orders/Laybuys
Provided your items have not been shipped, collected or delivered, you can cancel an order, however a 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total amount.
