FAQs

When should I start buying baby essentials?
Many parents start with the big items, such as the pram, car seat and cot, in the second trimester. That leaves time to compare options, order anything that needs to come in, and set up the nursery without rushing.

Do I need everything on the list before baby is born?
No. You need a safe place to sleep, a car seat for the trip home, feeding supplies and nappy-change basics. Items like high chairs, walkers and toddler beds can wait until your little one is ready.

Can I see products in store?
Yes. Our Hoppers Crossing store stocks most of our online range. If you want to see something specific, contact us before you visit so we can check it is on the floor.

Found a lower price elsewhere? Check our Price Promise. Prefer to spread the cost? You can lay-by with us on bigger items like prams, cots and car seats.
