Cariboo Marlow Cot Package - Cot, Dresser & Mattress

The Cariboo Marlow Cot Package is designed with safety as a priority. The cot follows safe sleep guidelines, ensuring your baby is placed on their back to sleep and that the mattress fits snugly without gaps around the edges. Additionally, it is crucial to keep the cot free of pillows, bumpers, soft toys, and loose bedding. The dresser comes with a safety warning advising parents to secure it with an anchor device to prevent tip-over accidents, which is a common risk with children's furniture.

To maintain the Cariboo Marlow Cot and Dresser, regular cleaning is recommended. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down surfaces, avoiding harsh chemicals that could damage the walnut-stained ash timber finish. Ensure that all fittings remain tight and check for any loose parts periodically. If spills occur, clean them immediately to prevent staining or damage to the wood. It's also wise to avoid placing hot or wet items directly on the surfaces to maintain their pristine condition.

To enhance the functionality of the Cariboo Marlow Cot Package, you can purchase the Marlow Change Tray, which fits securely on top of the dresser for easy diaper changes. Additionally, when your child is ready to transition from the cot, consider the Toddler Conversion Kit that allows for a seamless move to a toddler bed, ensuring continued use of the furniture as your child grows.

Yes, the Cariboo Tru-Sleep Cot Mattress included in the package is specifically designed to provide the necessary support and comfort for newborns. It fits perfectly within the cot, eliminating gaps that could pose safety risks. The mattress is crafted to promote safe sleep practices, ensuring that your baby has a secure and restful sleeping environment.
