What is it made from?
100% felt wool throughout, coloured with food-safe dyes. Wool is naturally water-repellent thanks to the lanolin surrounding each fibre, which helps it shrug off moisture and dirt.

How do I clean felt wool toys?
Surface clean rather than immersing them. For spills, dab with a damp cloth, repeat with a clean damp cloth and let the piece dry away from direct sunlight. If a piece is properly soiled, hand wash gently in lukewarm water with wool soap and avoid agitating it, which causes further felting. Never soak, machine wash or tumble dry — it will shrink and distort the felt.

Is it suitable for babies?
The dyes are food safe and there are no hard or sharp components. As with any toy made up of separate pieces, adult supervision is recommended during play.

Where is it made?
Handmade in Nepal by Fair Trade operatives working under fair pay, non-discrimination and gender equality standards, with good working conditions and capacity-building opportunities.
