Babyrest Celeste Electric Nursery Chair - White Boucle

There is a reason the Babyrest Celeste Electric Nursery Chair in White Boucle is the one that stops people mid-scroll. That soft, looped boucle texture brings a calm, light feel to a nursery, and it wears just as well in a lounge room once the feeding years are behind you.

Underneath the good looks is a chair built for real nights. A cloud-soft headrest cradles your head and neck, the sculpted armrests sit exactly where you need them for feeding and settling, and the one-action recline moves the backrest and footrest together at the touch of a button — no shifting, no awkward adjustments, no waking a baby who has finally dropped off.

Also available in Wheat Marle and Pebble Weave.

Why parents love the Celeste Electric Nursery Chair

Parents tell us the Celeste feels like a hug you never have to let go of. There are no levers to wrestle mid-feed, the swivel lets you turn towards the cot without standing up, and the White Boucle in particular has a way of making a nursery feel finished. It is the chair that starts as a feeding spot and quietly becomes the best seat in the house.

FAQs

How does the electric recline work?
A single button moves the backrest and footrest together in one smooth action, reclining to 125° from the seat base. There are no levers to pull and no sudden jolts, so you can settle back without disturbing a sleeping baby.

Does the Celeste swivel and glide?
Yes. It glides quietly and swivels through 240°, so you can turn towards the cot or reach the change table without getting up.

What is the weight capacity?
The Celeste is rated to 150 kg, which is around 20 kg above the industry average.

Is it tested to an Australian standard?
Yes. The Celeste is certified to AS/NZS 4688.2:2000 Furniture – Fixed height chairs, at Strength and Durability level 4.

What other colours does the Celeste come in?
Alongside White Boucle, the Celeste is available in Wheat Marle — all three colourways share the same frame, features and specifications.
